Sense Security Platform performs automated static code analysis, binary reverse engineering, and signature heuristics on uploaded mobile application assets. Assessment findings reflect software security posture strictly at the time of scanning and do not guarantee complete identification of all logical vulnerabilities, zero-day exploits, or runtime code behavior.
2. Authorization & IP Ownership
By uploading application binaries or source archives to Sense Security Platform, the user affirms that they possess explicit legal authorization, ownership, or permission to perform security analysis and reverse engineering. Sense Security Platform disclaims all liability for unauthorized target scanning or misuse.
3. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Sense Security Platform, its parent entity, developers, or infrastructure providers be held liable for system downtime, app store rejections, business interruption, data breaches, or direct/consequential damages resulting from reliance on scan outputs, risk scores, or report findings.
4. Confidentiality & Asset Isolation
All uploaded application binaries, extracted code fragments, and generated PDF/JSON security reports remain the confidential property of the initiating user/organization and are protected under platform isolation protocols.
